lol yea benching almost double your weight is mediocre at best.

mediocre i don't think so when you can 2 time your boby weight you are a strong mother focker in any weight lifters eyes that is all you have to do to get respect in the gym

shit my workout is always 3 hours long. i start off with a five minute run to get the blood flowing then upper body for about and hour then run for 30 minutes then lower body then crunches and sit up and push ups and end it with a run

i have to be though. All im gonna do during basic training is run and do push ups and situps. so i have to train myself and pretty much kill my self every night to get ready for it mentally and physically

yea my best friend is i n the AF and i trained with him for 2 months before boot and it was crazy all the cardio you have to do but once you get though boot it will be smooth sailing
