As a best buy employee, do you HAVE to recommend a certain brand?

no i dont .. if they were buying Best Buy products and didnt wanna spend too much . i usually recommend them infinity speakers or Kenwood for a better sound quality system. If they wanted a little more bass i would recommend them Alpine since it has a little more punch and decent sound quality. If they just want to be loud i give them pioneer.

Our best selling speakers are either Kenwood or Infinity Kappa's. Amp wise best selling would probably be alpine amps, the F300's 50x4.

Answer the phone once in a while.......actually, I'm glad bestbuy doesn't answer the phone. Circuit City price matched something bestbuy was out of stock on cause they wouldn't answer the phone. CC called 3 times and couldn't get through (after I had tried 3 times myself). Saved me $20 on an internet range extender.
