Work out supplements.. what do you take?

nano vaper, nitrotech and halo. Plus multi's

I can second Nano vapor, great pump, great stamina. It just caused me to crash right after i was done working out. Headaches + crashing.. no good for me.

Could work well for someone else body, though.

 
If you think it's potent now, you'd die if you took it when it had ephedra.
On a EC stack right now (not now over break, I'm cheating all week), gotta cut down to 150 and then build up to 160 to fight middleweight at

Same, cutting for a little bit longer to trim down for hopefully a slow steady bulk over the summer without getting too fat. EC is a kick in the ***.
 
Been taking GNC's Mass XXX for a while. Tastes awesome and worked well I think as a postworkout shake. I tried naNO Vapor for a bit and I thought it was great, but I think thats worn off on me. Like everyone else says, a multivitamin, maybe some flax seed oil, and whey protein are all you need. Diet is most important. Also to reiterate, bodybuilding.com is your friend.

This is coming from someone who is new to the weightlifting/workout scene, but I've put on 45 pounds since May and strengthened up a shitload, with very little of the weight being fat. So I'm happy...

right now: ON whey, black powder, sometimes some green mag creatine, fish oil, multi, and tons of food...only supps anyone should ever need

 
im actually interested to know if anyone on here takes prohormones or steroids....id really like to be able to ask someone some questions about them....ive been very close to pulling the trigger on my first cycle

i am new here and kinda happened on this post so i thought, what the hell.....i'll throw my two cents in.....mind you i am new HERE, but i do this whole workout, bodybuilding thing for a living....sooooo...let me enlighten some of you....

1. dont believe NOTHING you read, or see in magazines or even on some of the sites like bb.com.......they are advertising machines....their whole point is to get you to BUY something......and preferrably what THEY are selling.....and yes....i own a store too and sell this shit too.....because some people just wont listen to reason!!!!! same as best buy selling dynamat to dummies.....they just dont wanna listen....there are better options cheaper.....but hey....its your choice...

2. The ONLY supplements you really need are, PROTIEN, because more than likely your just not going to get enough from your daily meals....its freaking HARD!! I"m a nat level bb'er and i have all day to cook and i still cant get that stuff in without a shake or two, a good MULTIVITAMIN, and GLUTAMINE

3. At the end of the day it dont matter if you are taking nan050000 whatever, or STEROIDS, if your diet aint on point then your not really going to get anywhere...you may gain some "bloat" but that aint muscle son.....

thats about it.....it really is pretty simple....i use the same approach with all my clients that i train and all of them make great progress...

if you ONLY take one thing from this post, take this......

"Supplements are called supplements, because they are supposed to SUPPLEMENT your **** diet....not build it....and before you can even BUY the right supplements you need to know exactly where to SUPPLEMENT!!!

yeah...i think thats it....be smart....you dont put a high spl sub in a cardboard box enclosure and expect it to sound good????
