Work out supplements.. what do you take?

At the end of the day it dont matter if you are taking nan050000 whatever, or STEROIDS, if your diet aint on point then your not really going to get anywhere...you may gain some "bloat" but that aint muscle son.....</p><p></p><p>thats about it.....it really is pretty simple....i use the same approach with all my clients that i train and all of them make great progress...</p><p></p><p>if you ONLY take one thing from this post, take this......</p><p></p><p>"Supplements are called supplements, because they are supposed to SUPPLEMENT your **** diet....not build it....and before you can even BUY the right supplements you need to know exactly where to SUPPLEMENT!!!</p><p></p><p>yeah...i think thats it....be smart....you dont put a high spl sub in a cardboard box enclosure and expect it to sound good????</p></blockquote><p></p>
