Work out supplements.. what do you take?

i use twinlabs ripped fuel extreme its very potaint $25 for 60 caps and, twinlabs creatian fuel and, met-rx shakes....read mucsle and fittness great mags.
If you think it's potent now, you'd die if you took it when it had ephedra.
On a EC stack right now (not now over break, I'm cheating all week), gotta cut down to 150 and then build up to 160 to fight middleweight at

 
Doing a lot better actually. As you may have noticed, I've been working out, losing weight. Seems to have helped a lot.

I use the NO black powder by MRI, mainly because I can get some decent discounts there.

I really enjoy using it, the energy and "pump" it gives me is great.

Other than that, whey protein is the way to go.

been looking at houses all over the place, but turned one down because we couldn't find a 3rd...if you're looking, let me know. We'll see what we can do

plan as of now is a $700 3 bed house, split 2ways with the 3rd bedroom as a workout room

 
I used to take no X-plode, but it should be called NO-assplode. Really, after about 30 minutes, i'd be running to the bathroom, it was rough.
