wooden tweeter spheres?

anybody ever make these? if so where did you find your wood sphere at? like home depot/lowes or a craft store? and how did you go about it? i seen them online a few times but never got a chance to question the creators.

Any craft store, just get wooden balls. Or you can order them..

Use a Forstner bit to hollow them out and a hollow threaded rod to mount.

yep. that's the short of it.

the biggest trick is getting the angle of the threaded rod just right. that angle determines the aiming of the tweeters - which is important.

found that thread thanks very helpful... same car i am tryin to install it in and everything your install is what gave me the idea of the spheres to be honest lol
