i have a pzi 1500.1 on a single dual 4 soundsplinter rlp now the amp says it does 700 wrms at 2 ohms but it sit at 1.6 is it still getting 700 wrms or would it be getting more

The other thing to keep in mind is if you measured that 1.6 with a meter that is DC resistance. Hook up music and put it in a box then you'll get box rise and impedance rise and that number will get a fair bit higher.
