Woman sued for smoking in her apartment

nah actually it is because i was born with normal lungs, but because my parents locked me in a closet as an infant with my older sister while they had huge parties with tons of smoke my little lungs were damaged for life by cigarette smoke
thankfully the state took us away and i was adopted by a great family, but i still have very bad asthma because of it and have to carry an inhaler everywhere i go

thats why i hate smokers if you must know my reasoning

But because of someones bad parenting a woman should be sued for smoking in her apartment?

Anecdotal hatred is the basis for your defense? I do not find that to be very sound reasoning.

it wasnt the smoke that did that to you, it was the fact that you had shitty parents that did that to you, not the smoke. if your parents hadnt locked you in the closet you could of went outside and wouldnt of had to breathe in the smoke.

just like people hate guns when its the people with the guns that are at fault. if cigarettes didnt exist it wouldnt of made your parents any better. they would of found some other way to **** you up. just like if people didnt have guns they would find some other weapon to use.

Are you required to go to places where people smoke? There have several initatives (many which I agree with) that disallow smoking in public places, such as resturants and bars. Does your state not have those laws?

In a way I suppose, but considering I cant even go out to bars without suffering the whole next day because of all the smoke it is infringing on my rights as well.
Fact is I hate all smokers, would never date a smoker and prefer not to be friends with smokers

I date smokers, but i tell them not to smoke around me, i dont care what they do, if we are in a club or bar though I dont care if they smoke. But in ym car or if we are in bed or something, its a no-go.

no, but everytime you are around a jew that breathes near you, you start to feel that same pain as the first parents that beat you.

Only restaurants. If it is a rest/bar they smoke in the bar

I like to play darts, no restraunts have darts for obvious reasons and if they do they are in the bar.

Either I stay home or I HAVE to deal with smoke, thats my life and I choose to hate smokers for it since they are directly responsible for the next day when I cant breathe.

This argument is a no win for anyone, I have my rights, they have thiers. If I get my way they lose rights, if they have their way(which they do now) I lose my rights

because you dont want to deal with the smoke.

Down here, if the place serves food you cant smoke. A lot of the bars added food to their menus, but you can go outside to the outdoor side of the bar to smoke.

why should they have to sit at home to smoke. smoking isnt illegal so therefore you are no better than them.

i hate when 16 year olds drive down my street bumpin at 2am so we should just make car audio illegal and then none of us would be on this forum. lets all make a forum where everyone agrees on everything and there is nothing to debate. sounds like a fun world where everyone does everything the same! lets do it!!!
