well, i am not gonna continue to discuss with 3 people at a time whom are against me, dont have the brain power for that right now

i will just say smokers all **** and they should all die horrible slow painful deaths

How come it is not unexpected for me to battle 2, 3, 10 people on issues I believe in but you won't battle me and Dev on this one? How much do you believe in what you say?

While I do not favor smoking, I do fight for their right to smoke in a domicile that provides for smoking. If she smoked against the rules of the complex, that would be different. IMO, she went above and beyond what was required.

There is no opinion to defend as their is no suitable anchor for that opinion. It based on some sort of anger rather than rational and thoughtful reasoning. I hope you never have to go up against your colleagues on anything important for your firm.

I dont smoke and dont like it either. But these ridiculous/frivolous lawsuits are, just that, ridiculous. And like flip said, that lady went waaay beyond anything I would have done, and even im guessing the building owner got involved with sealing the windows and ducts. After that, how could someone complain. They are just being ridiculous and greedy. I wouldnt have even bothered doing all that work, i would told them *****es from the start, move or **** my dick and shut the **** up.

nah actually it is because i was born with normal lungs, but because my parents locked me in a closet as an infant with my older sister while they had huge parties with tons of smoke my little lungs were damaged for life by cigarette smoke

thankfully the state took us away and i was adopted by a great family, but i still have very bad asthma because of it and have to carry an inhaler everywhere i go

thats why i hate smokers if you must know my reasoning

'tis the rationale for many arguments. One of the benefits of graduate school is that those arguments are rarely used as a defense.

In a way I suppose, but considering I cant even go out to bars without suffering the whole next day because of all the smoke it is infringing on my rights as well.

Fact is I hate all smokers, would never date a smoker and prefer not to be friends with smokers
