wiring up the orion 2500d

ok i got the amp in the mail the other day. so when i wire it up do i just run 2 4 gauge from the battery to the power or use 1/0 and distro block. the 1/0 gauge is huge so i will prolly use the 4. i got a new car so i dont wanna drill a ground. is it fine to run 4 gauge grounds back to the battery? will that affect anything

When you ground it to the chassis it is going back to the negative of the battery. If you want to take the time and spend the money to run cable all the way back to the bateery it would work.
