Wiring subs inverted on box

I have heard pro's and con's on inverting the subs, so i figured what the hell, and try it. I have 2, 18" BL's, both Dual 1's. Im going to try to run the pair at 2 ohms, just to see how it sounds off of my treo ssx1500.1. How would i wire these outside the box? I know u run reversed polarity...or something to that affect, but if someone could find, or sketch up a lil easy diagram, id really appreciate it! thanks alot, Ed

I think he meant 2ohm per sub, 1ohm total

Or so I hope... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

As long as all are inverted then you can just wire everything normally.
I know what you mean, but your comment needs abit more explaining. Wiring both your inverted subs 'normally' will keep the subs in phase with each other, but you also need to account for relative phase between the subs and any other drivers in the system. I would not suggest running the subs in either polarity will not affect anything, many times it will.
Yes many times its in fact better to run the subs 'out of phase' with the rest of the system, and I always recommend trying it both ways for subs. But if someone were to remove their subs and invert them, assuming their wiring was 'proper' before inverting them, the polarity of the subs should definitely be reversed.
