First you likely need to upgrade your Big 3. See this thread for detailed information on that.

I would go with a run of 1/0awg cable from the battery going to wherever your amps are to be located then into a distribution block to feed the two amps. You'll need ground cable for those amps as well.

If the Alpine head unit is a replacement for a stock stereo then do it the easy way and get yourself a factory wiring harness adapter so you can plug directly into the wires that the people that built your car saw fit to so kindly provide you with.

You'll need speaker wire to feed the interior speakers off of that....wait a minute....you're going to use a monoblock amp to feed your interior speakers? 400.1? wtf?? (does Kicker even make a 400.1 monoblock? I'm no expert on Stillwater products)

You'll also need speaker wire to go from the 1200.1 to the sub enclosure and wire to connect the subs to the terminals in the enclosure (if applicable in your case)

You need some small gauge wire for the remote accessory activation output from your head unit going to the amps to tell them when to turn on and off.

You need RCA interconnects to bring the source signal to the amps.

20-25ft 0/1 guage wire (depending on how long your gorunds will be)

distro block (preferably fused) to split it to the two amps.

30-50ft of 12-14guage speaker wire (depending on how far you need to go)

15ft of 18 guage for the remote turn on.

2 sets of RCA's

inline fuse at battery (probably go ANL)

atleast 3 ring terminals for battery, and 2 grounds.

any terminals for the amp..

As for the length of wires, you might want to go out and measure to get a good estimate if you want to spend as little money as possible.

EDIT: wow I was slow.. haha
