because i believe DJ does only make 1 and 2 ohm versions now (im not entirely sure but my hdc was 1 ohm) but i think he just hasnt updated it and they're giving the guy a hardtime because he doesnt know all the "inside" info i guess.

it is D1 and D2 cause i remeber when they were in stock and in the order form, you could choose D1 or D2. im pretty sure theres no D4.

yea as you stated...I dont remember where it was read but the hdc315 I believe you can get either d2 or d1...

and I think the 10 and 12 are d2

on the box i got my hdc315 in the options on it say d1.0, d1.5, d2,d4
