wiring kits and other things

I know i need extra stuff when i buy a hu like a wiring harness...etc.... can anyone give me a list of what i need or what i should search for, because everyone keeps telling me different things i will need to buy... thanks

it's a 96 chevy lumina... the dash isn't single din though... some friends said i needed like an FM antenna and some other things... where can i get all of these things?

Your local mobile electronics shop should have them.

You'll need an Installation Kit and a Wiring Harness. You may need that Scosche MDA1 Antenna Adapter as well. Plug your car in and see if you do.

but wait, could you tell me if i need an antenna adapter or an antenna itself? i'm confused... nevermind i didn't read the whole post before.. my bad
