check it out at a local car audio store and try it out... just see if you like it....it doesn't matter what other people say about it if you don't even like it

ive had nothing but pioneers over the last three decks ... they make some GREAT stuff...in the price range that deck cannot be beat...i found mine for 150 online... rgvnow.com and its just awesome....ive never seensooo many features on any deck, except for pioneer. the quality is just as good as the sound...man this thing is bullet proof too. the sound is great, awesome equalizer and the FIE low pass filters and all are phenominal for this price range...man you cant go wrong...only thing i dont like is the preouts voltage, but every deck in the range has like 2.2 or lower, so, no biggie really...i just plain and simple love pioneer...ive heard sony's and the SQ isnt on par at ALL. clarion sounds bland against it, so does JVC, panasonic...the only thing that'll *beat it* is an alpine, event hen it'll be extremely close...man if you need any specifics, give me a holla....peace

thats a great HU, its clarion best one (other than the dvd players that they have). i was gonna get one, but it doesn't play mp3's, its a SQ unit, and i wanted mp3 capability, so i got the DXZ835MP instead. but the 935 is full featured, motorized face, parametric EQ, time alignment, three 4 volt pre outs, front/rear/center high pass filter, subwoofer low pass filter, it has it all, but its a little pricey ( i think its $550 retail ).
