Hello -

I have 2 4ohm DVC subs that I'd like to wire into 1 ohm on a Kenwood KAC-9104D. Now I've seen all the posts and pics about wiring in 1 ohm subs, but I'm a little confused because this amp has 4 speaker connections to wire the subs to according to the manual (see page 4).

Sorry if this is dumb, I'm still learning //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

basically all that means is that if u wanted to wire 2 subs, you could wire to each terminal, its still a mono load, but its just made for people who dont necessarily want to run all wires to one terminal...so could paralell to each terminal, still will be 1ohm mono load, or you could paralell to 1 terminal, still mono load.......i guess the best question is, does your box have 1 or 2 terminals? If one, wire straight to one on amp, if box has 2, you have option of wiring to both terminals
