bass output not workin for aux but works for the tuner??

So i've had this system in for about 6 months now no problems but i accidently this tiny power cord to the amplifier...not the main power its just a smaller one....and once i put the wire back together the bass wont hit on CDs or aux inputs but it still hits when the tuner plays. I took out the deck and checked all the wires for loose connections and they all seemed good, and i happened to have another brand new deck of the same kind so i put it in and it has the same exact problem...

So my main question here is why would the bass signal work for the tuner and not for aux or cd's??

Make sure that the remote turn on wire (the tiny power cord) is hooked up to blue with a white stripe. It sounds like it is hooked up to power antenna wire which is solid blue. The power antenna power only has power when the tuner source is selected.
