wiring in series

i am going to be wiring the voice coils on my 2 ohm DVC sub in a series...i remember doing an experiment in elementary school science when wiring 2 lightbulbs in a series circuit the first one was always brighter...will the first coil on my sub get more power than the second one? or vice-versa?

It's a negligable difference. You won't here any audible difference what so ever. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

the one response was correct....no difference....but this is why:

the brightness of the light bulb was determined by current, not power (power is the product of voltage and current). When you wire in // or series, the power(messured in watts) that each sub sees is relativley similar and therefore causes no audiable effect.
