i have two 12" woofers both are 4ohm and i have them parallel wired to my amp. that is bridged. the problem is my amp seems to heat up really quik, i was playing my sterio for 20min. and my amp was extremally hot what should i do to fix it? is my wiring improper to do? please any help is apperciated.THANK YOU peace

im assuming u have 2 4ohm svc subs then.....which in parallell is a 2ohm load.....if this is the case jus make sure ur amp is 2ohm stable.....now if u have 2 4ohm dvc subs...your looking at a 1ohm load which is to low on most amps.....

Fom what you said. I'm guessing your amp is a two channel amp. And each sub is a single voice coil 4ohm correct ? The problem is most 2 channel amps aren't stable at 2ohm when bridged. To correct the problem run each sub to it's own channel. That's your easiest and cheapest option. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
