Wiring In Extra Tweets?

Hey guys I was wondering if I can add some extra tweets in my 79... I was thinking I could continue running the 5.25's on there own channels and then adding the tweets with them dropping the channels down to 2 ohms... would just adding some bass blockers on the tweets work?

By 'bass blocker' you mean a cap as a 6db/octave crossover... and I would say no for any intent or purpose that I would consider...

Unless you are trying to do something fancey with imaging you shouldn't have more then one tweeter per side... get better tweeters/more power/go active...

Otherwise just go ahead and see how you like it...

It would just be the coaxials in the sig and the maybe adding my Massive CK tweets on the dash just to get a little extra sound cuz as you can imagine the truck is pretty loud...
