Wiring Help? What do I need..

Hey guys,

So I am about to buy this amp -

I am going to need to hook up these subs -

and the old amp that I took out of the jeep is this -

so what kind of wiring kit do I need and what exactly do I need to do? Like take all the old wiring out which would be a pain in the *** or what?

sadly, your new amp won't really get you any more power than the old one because your box is 4 ohms. If you'd gone with the dc102 instead of the 104 you would have been able to get 300+ to them instead of 150.

Whether you need to completely replace your old wiring depends on what was used. You really should have 8 gauge power and ground for the zx300, and my guess is whatever is there for the alpine is smaller.

Walmart should have an 8 ga scosche wiring kit for $20 or so. I was told this new amp is exactly what I need for my subs, and by the looks of it it gives the exact RMS I need without blowing them?

Also its going to be way better than the old alpine amp, plus I didnt put it in it came with the jeep when I bought it, but its completely ruined someone like ripped the buttons out of it and it would barely fit underneath the seat...
