Wiring Harness won't work. Need to cut and splice. read pls Refresher

thing is I HAVE TO //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Trust me I've looked for 2 months (been doing other work on my system)

2007 Hyundai Accent GLS Sedan It's called the MC on the Hma Service website. I'm also a member of the hyundai accent forums. Trust me we don't have a working harness yet. I asked Circuit City and 2 local pro car audio shops.

I had a metra it doesn't work anyways NEVERMIND.. I'll just cover it with heat shrink after I solder the connections and be fine. God it's like people don't know how to do it the way we did it back in 1997 anymore. Just connect the harness for it. Well I would IF they actually made one that fit. Accents have 3 or 4 dif models and they all aren't the same. I've really tried every harness. I'm regretting I made this post. All I wanted was a refresher to how to do it back in the old days. I'm pretty sure now I have the order right so for that I thank you.

DO NOT CUT OFF THE HARNESS!!!!!!!!!

what vehicle is this, ill direct tech the wire codes for you. Get a 9 volt battery and run a wire off the + and -. Use this as a speaker popper to test for the speaker lines. Get a DMM to test for constant and switched. run your own ground off the cd player.

We dont ever cut factory harnesses. We strip it back or use T-taps.

Dont attempt a hardwire unless your 100% on what your doing bruddah.

Constant 12v always has ~12 volts... probe til you find one thats always reading voltage.. tap this with yellow wire from deck

switched has no voltage til the key is turned to on/acc or the car is on, so probe the wire then turn the key over to on. if you have around 12-14 volts when the key is on ...thats switched...tap this with red wire from deck

use the black wire on your cd player harness to ground it, either extend it to bare metal or if the one supplied reaches thats great.

Then just test around for speaker lines with a pop tester... and connect accordingly
