what size fuse my amp has 3 30 amp fuses should i get a like 100 amp fuse. Also if i do the big 3 with 2 gauge wire should i run the 2 gauge 2 the amp or could i use 4

With the big 3, you run the alt+ to bat+, chassis to batt - and engine block to chassis

What is the RMS on your amplifier? If it is around 1500w or under you should be fine with 4 guage, I am running ~2000w off of a 4 guage power cable. But if you ever plan to upgrade, then 2 guage will allow more power for the upgrade without the hassle of running new wiring.

100A for the inline fuse will be fine also.

And for the Big Three, I wouldnt do it unless you are going to use 1/0...

ok so you will wont to run 4gauge from your battery to an inline fuse holder that is no more than 12 inches from the battery from there you will run it to the amp.
