Wiring... do I have everything I need?

Instead of paying someone to do my install, I'm contemplating purchasing all wiring and deadening and doing the install myself. That way, I can choose my own wire and gain knowledge at the same time. I need to know if I'm overlooking everything as I'm somewhat new to installs and could use some help. Here's a list of gear to install:

Alpine 9886

Morel Tempo 6

Fi Q 12"

Audioque 1200D

eD NINe.4

Looks good. but why do u need so much 4g ground cable? It should be as short as possible. Might also wanna do the big 3 with 1/0 instead 4 so u dont have to upgrade later on

I tried to overestimate everything as I'd rather have leftover than not enough. I was curious about 1/0 vs. 4 for the "Big 3." I guess I might as well go 0/1 while I'm at it. Thanks for the advice.

Just a little note on the turn on wire. I think knuconceptz has cheap remote wire (25 feet for like $2) or if not, you can get some primary from a hardware store for cheap. No need to use expensive speaker for that.

You don't need a large wire for the remote turn on...

Like they said, go to Radioshack or a hardware store...

Thanks. I'm not sure what size fuses to run at the battery and at the distribution block. An explanation would be much appreciated.

I selected a 300A at the battery (is that overkill?), but I'm not sure about the distribution block.

With fuses ur trying to fuse the cable. so 300a for 1/0 seems good.

For the amp fuses find out what the max current the amps draw. Get fuse sizes based on that. I would get the three-way distro block instead of two-way. You may end up wanting a 3rd amps someday. Price diff is negligible.

you can just daisy chain the remote wire from one amp to the other.
