Wiring Confirmation, before I begin...

I have everything ordered and shipped (except the box, waiting for bassman3), but before I go any further I just want to double-check with how everything will be wired to make sure it's right. Firstly, here's the equipment...

• 2 - Type-R 12", Dual 4Ω VC
  
• MB Quart DSC 1500.1D
  
• 0gauge wiring kit (250A ANL fuse)
  
• Kinetik HC1800 Battery
  
• 500A battery isolator (need to order)
  

The subs will be wired down to 1Ω @ 1500W RMS (2x750ish watts).

Also, could I use a 250A isolator instead, since I'm using a 250A fuse? Or not? Just figured that the isolator probably wouldn't see 500 amps, so use a 250?

I'm not sure which way it was supposed to go, could someone let me know? I'm thinking it either goes between BAT1 and BAT2 -or- between FUSE1 and BAT2.
