I have a set of focal 165 a1 comps. Is it possible to wire these to 2 ohms? My amp pushes 45 watts at 4 ohm and 65 at 2. The comps take 60 watts. Any way to do this?

No. To make full use of an amps power you can get a 4 channel amp and bridge it. It will typically put out power equivalent to four 2 ohm loads into two 4 ohm channels.
