Wiring CDT-CL61A's to an Amp

I am about to pick up this amp and am wondering how I will be wiring it. Apparently the CDTs should be wired @ 4 ohms so the Pioneer should be able to do 70x2 @4ohms.

However I've been told that this amp I'm getting has one of its channels blown out so I'm not sure if that will mess anything up

bbb543 says basically this is how the amp is set up:

[+][-] [+][-] (Channel A)

[+][-] [+][-] (Channel B)

and that the Channel B doesn't work.. can I wire the CDTs @ 4ohms just using Channel A?

Yes, just wire the speakers to the front 2 channels like it was a regular two channel amp.

At 4ohms stereo that amp is rated to put out 35 watts x4 RMS so your speakers will be getting 35 watts each, that 70 x2 rating is only if you bridge channels A and B to make the amp run in 2 channel mode, you cannot do this because channel B is blown.
