I'm just about to build my 1st box for a 15" XXX. I've never had a system before, but im just wondering after the box is done, where do you run the wiring for the sub? I doubt it would run out of the port, so do you just make a small hole in the back or what? I know it might sound like a stupid question to some of you but I really dont know.

You can either drill a small hole out the back and snake the wires through or go for a cleaner look with a cup terminal.

seal it up after you run the wires though...

you can seal it using silicone or something like that

hey i wish i had a xxx15 for my first system........ its just more affordable to blow a cheaper pair of speakers if you dont know what your doin........ but im glad that i have my xxx15 now, its sounds awesome.

i heard bolts, nuts, and terminal rings at the ends of the wires work well, though i have never tried it. i that would look the best.
