Wiring an ipod to car audio

I recently purchased an Apple Ipod, and figured it would be wonderful if i could somehow wire it to the audio in my car. I don't know much about Car Audio, but I have a 91 Chevy Caprice, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with what i would need to do, purchase, etc.

Thanks alot,

mike

fm modulators are about as clear as an 8-Track //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif definitely go for an aux input from an aftermarket headunit unless you want to listen to your apple in 50% THD

Get a 2004 model Alpine HeadUnit. They are coming out this summer with an adapter for the IPOD. You will be able to control the ipod just as if it was a Cd-changer. Everything is controlled right from the headunit. I have spoken to Alpine about this and the most info i have gotten is that all 2004 models with AI-NET will be compatible.
