Wiring a 4 channel an easier way?

Hey everyone. I am going to be putting a 4 channel into my 06 sti in a week or so. I don't want to have to rewire the entire car to each door because I have done it before and its too much of a pain. What I was thinking of doing was use the existing wiring that runs from the head unit to the speakers and just run the wire from where the head unit wiring would go to the trunk where the amp is four times for the speakers instead of rewiring all 4 speakers. Does this sound ok to do?

Why not do it right the first time?

Are you replacing the crap OEM speakers?

Depends on how much power you have. You could get something called speedwire (9 conductor - 8 speaker wires and a remote wire) and some RCAs and your done. Just if you plan on running lots of power, you could have issues.

i ran 300 watts rms through stock wiring so i see no problems with that.

I only plan on running 105 watt rms to each speakers through the stock wiring. I guess it should be fine?

running speaker wire behing the HU is perfectly fine. in any case you want to remove the amp and run it back with deck power, you can easily crimp the cut wires back in place instead of the hassle of reopening the doors and all that ish.

105rms to each channel, i would use at least 16ga.
