Yeah, I'm really not an idiot when it comes to car audio, but everyone in my town thinks Jl Audio is the BEST! So I'm going to try and ween them off all the bull shit they have been taught about car audio. So first I'll start with a guy that has money to spend and upgrade him from his sony subs to an XXX hopefully...he had his heart set on a W7.

my last option would be a Sx what are your opinions on that off a Directed 1100d? I think it would be better matched than an xxx. And I hear they get loud too.

get the one that is dual 3 ohm voice coils, i think thats the 13w7 or w/e, you will get the most power out of your amp with that one.

It's dual 1.5 coils.. And the PG or the 1000/1 is a good bet...
