You can drill a hole through the 'divider' big enough to run wire through. Hook all the speakers up in parallel (+to+ and -to- on all the speakers) But to do this you have to be sure your amp is stable enough for the load. 4 8 ohm speakers wired like this will give you a 2 ohm load. Also check the sub recommendations for enclosure space. You may lose sound quality with the box design you described. My box I had with 4 subs in it didn't have the divider because the audio shop told me that they would work better if i didn't seperate the chambers. I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
