Wiring 4 speakers on 2 channels?

Can I just line up all the + and - to make it work? or will it mess up the ohm load? amp is a JL300/4 im pretty sure all speakers are 4 ohm.

you will essentially be running the amp at 2ohm stereo doing that. that amp can handle it. most 2channels can run at 2ohm stereo

its a 4 channel amp though.....

so if i run 4 speakers on 2 channels, where shhould i set the gain so that all 4 speakers are getting good power?

if you have a DMM you can set it to whatever rms the speakers take. if you don't have a DMM just turn up the gain until you hear distortion.

Also a 4channel amp is really just 2 2channel amps in one chassis in most cases. So think of your amp as 2 2channels since that is how you will be using it
