wiring 4 ch. amp bridged...??

I have the alpine mrp-f250 bridged using (+) channels 1 and 3 and (-) channels 2 and 4. I know this is correct, but how do i wire my RCAs? Above the white inputs it says ch. 1 and 3 and below the red inputs it says ch. 2 and 4. Do i have to get a splitter and go from 1 pair of rcas to two in order to have all 4 ch. working? Only the right one works at the moment with my RCA plugged into the ch1 and ch2.

You should just be able to use channels 1 & 2 (a red & a white) and it should work fine

You need to have an input to each channel. The easiest method is as you mentioned.....run a single pair of RCA's from the headunit back to the amplifier, then use 2 y-splitters to send those signals to the necessary inputs.

So if you are using channels 1 & 2 bridged to the right side and channels 3 & 4 bridged to the left side, you would use the y-splitter to send the right signal to channels 1 & 2 inputs and another y-splitter to send the left signal to channels 3 & 4 inputs.

man luckily i had a 2 pair of splitters in the garage. I hooked it up and everything is working. Sorry for the dumb question that i figured out on my own.

Must be the amp then...I had a 4 channel kicker that I bridged and 1 set of inputs ran everything at full power...even said so in the manual...can't believe Alpine wouldn't have that technology

Yeah usually there is a switch for the input to run the amp bridged. Some amps when you bridge them only use on of the rca inputs.
