wiring (2) 6 ohm subs???

just wondering how i should wire these. i have a dei 1500d and i just got some 10w6's and was wondering how i should wire them and how much power are they getting?

are they svc or dvc? if they are single, wire them parallel for 3 ohms. if they are dual, wire them parallel for 1.5 ohms. the specs on your amp are what? 1200@2ohms, and not 1 ohm stable? it should be able to take the 1.5 just fine with imp rise and such.

yea, wire them parallel. if your amp is 1200 x 1 @ 2 ohms and not 1 ohm stable it should be able to take the 1.5 ohm load that you are giving it due to impedance rise.
