Wiring 2 12's and 2 caps.

Here is what I came up with:

Amp is getting power

The amp is getting spurts of power at which point my subs pop.

Connected subs to another amp and got sound

Changed RCAs and no dice.

So now I am in the market for a Amp that can support 2 12"MTX Thunder 7000 8 ohm ran parrallel at 400 RMS a peice. Any Ideas?

Question.... If I run them parrallel making them 4 ohms do I still need 800 total RMS Watts? Or will 400 RMS push them both?

Thanks.

My brain hurts just looking at those diagrams. It's late so if anyone sees a problem with either of those, please feel free to chime in!

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
