alright. got my system in.. 2 1" re mt's . autotek mm4000. only 1 run of 0 gauge and only 1 battery at the moment. 150 amp h/o alt.... not sure how many amperages or whatever im pulling but a fuseable link where my fuse box is under the hood keeps burning.. all it is is a wire but for some reason it melts every 2 weeks or so.. is it because of too much current flow? or too much voltage drop that it just fries???

too much current...that amp should pull well over the current carrying capacity of 0 gauge at full tilt
If you have that amp wired up to run 4000 watts you are pulling around 333 amps at full tilt. 0 gage wire for most companies is only rated to 300 amps. so you are most likely drawing to much current. you need at least 1 more run of 0 gage but i would go with 2 my self.
