anyone got their H/O alternator custom painted? post pics if possible

I was about to send over payment to mechman for a new H/O alternator

but then Logan asked if I would like to have it powder coated black..

That made me think.. I thought it would be cool to have a custom black alternator but then I wondered if it it is worth it? or it would be an eye sore in my engine bay? it is 49 bucks extra for the paint..

But that d be nice since I am thinking about dressing my engine bay up in the future so maybe this black paint would be a good start?

if you got a custom painted alternator, please post pic of it so I can get an idea of what it would look like and determine if it is worth it

thats nice looking alt's.. from the pic, seems like alternators are very visible in this vehicle while my 2004 explorer got an alt is not exactly 100% visible.. it is positioned a little bit lower than the visible area of the engine bay.. thats why i am like is it worth it? cuz might as well get it in regular aluminum and nobody would notice
