oh i forgot to connect the rca output of amp2 to input of amp 3 is would that be correct? as for the subs i m putting 2 alphasonik mayhems12's, batterys i have one kintetik hc1800 but wanna add onemore in the trunk amps i wanna run to 4400 hk from ma audio or the 4000 for the subs, mids would be the ma 4channel 800 watts, and a 2channel for my kicks. im kinda new to this so i just wanna make sure. also the ma 4400 can acheive 4400 at 17v how can i acheive that, would i need a high ouput alt? what would you recommend?

You would need a second alt and power regulation system setup to do the higher voltage....

What alt you got now check on the side of it should have a sticker or something on it says what amp it is most stock are 100. but alphasonic not the best sub's cause there still made by audiobahn i heard not sure but im not hear to put down your setup there not to bad i heard em but what wire you got running to em , what kind of hook ups as far as clamps and battery terminal hook ups go.

also may want to run the first batt ground to the second batt. ground. that way, there isn't a ground loop. and, you can ground everything in the trunk/rear to the battery negative post, which equals less (or no) resistance.

Connect battery negatives together with 1/0, not the chassis. Then connect your amps in the rear directly to the battery.

Most unibody vehicles have the approx. resistance equal to 4ga wire.

well i havent installed it yet. currently i have 2 800 series alphasoniks an they knock hard. my set up now is rears are 6 x 9 aplhasoniks, doors 4 x 6 alphas..., 4 100 rms tit. lanzar tweeters. amps i have 900rms alpha.... running my subs which is not enuff power, an rf running my speakers and tweets. . im going to ad the kick panels and build my box to specs for the new set up. probably use 8 gauge wire for the subs to amp and run 0 guauge dist. block and 0 to the sub amp also 0 for the ground dist block. i mean i have heard these subs at reg voltage on a 2000 amp and its crazy but i was just wondering if i can get my moneys worth doin that 17v deal but i guess ill just run it reg voltage and see how that goes. most likly i will replace the alt to a h/o. ill take pix and post them so you guys can see. but thankx for the help guys. any suggestion are still welcome.
