SO today i was hooking up my new amp when the car was off and i had the power cable fuse disconnected so there was no power coming from it. I had the remote cable and power cable along with the rca cables pluged in. When i was attaching the ground cable SPARK! Yep i was shocked. It doesnt make sense. Where is the power coming from for this power arc to come from? Im lost somebody please enlighten me. Also i do not have a capacitor.
