I understand all of these things just fine. The fact that you declare that I do not does not make you correct.
Your posts prove otherwise. Case in point: failure to understand averages. You literally declared a number cannot be in the set of numbers an average is calculated from. Case in point: Your failure to understand grammar and language usage: You insist on using the word "passed" instead of the proper word "past" in sentences.
And there are a ton more.
But let's stick to the freedom of speech discussion.
Why don't you comment on the things you are doing and not hypotheticals.

You are the most predictable person I have ever engaged in conversations with. I didn't say track down shit I have posted from the internet did I? Nope. You made a comment about a specific post that I made and made the claim that I can copy and paste. You know damn well that is the post we are both talking about. That wasn't even a decent attempt Rob.
Yet another time where your bad memory has tripped you up. Did you forget that you quoted something without proper citations or quotations marks? Seems you did.

Here is the challenge YOU posited.
"Also, I will give you $100,000 if you can find what you claim I copy and pasted anywhere on the internet or written text other than what I put on this web site."
I don't see where a specific post was mentioned. In fact, you pretty clearly said "other than what I put on this web site."
I can say with 100% certainty that you have made more than one post ON THIS WEBSITE.
I can also say with 100% certainty that you indeed "copy and pasted" the text from the Mayo website, without quotation marks or citing your reference.
I accepted your challenge, and won. You owe me $100,000. Or are you a liar and a welcher?
The incorrect parts are all the parts you are lying about. The things you claim I said but never said.
Still waiting for you to enumerate all of the "lies".
Copy and paste them. Screenshot if it saves you time.
No way in hell you are paid to prosecute fraud.
Sure am. And I do it well. My team is currently exceeding our requirements by a factor of 2.7
Did I say I think you can bait me? No, I said are you trying to bait me? You seriously can't hold onto details and you claim to chase fraud.
YOU said I can bait you. Remember when you whined that it was my fault you lost control and got a vacation from the site?
Yelling FIRE in a crowded theater is NOT free speech and is not protected by the first amendment. When a person yells FIRE in a crowded theater it is to incite fear and cause panic. This can and has led to personal injury and death. It actually falls into the category of terrorism. Now, shut the hell up about it, you are wrong.
It most certainly is. You can also whisper it, say it in ASL, or in a "normal" voice. It has been done plenty of times by people who have not even gotten in trouble for it. But I'm sure some have done it and HAVE gotten in trouble. You are obviously confused between what is a protected right and what is legal.
Free speech is your right, protected by the First Amendment. That freedom does not give you impunity from what can happen if you exercise it improperly, however.

The right to bear arms is protected by the 2nd Amendment. It is a RIGHT. Now, go ahead and open carry in Manhattan without a permit. See how it goes.
Does that mean you don't have the RIGHT to bear arms? No. But exercising the RIGHT may violate a state or local law. Just like exercising the RIGHT to free speech may violate state law.

Take a class. Education is not as bad as Republicans want you to believe.

He was found guilty of slander, that's a crime. It's not like there is some questions about whether or not Jones committed slander, he clearly outright committed slander and double, tripled and quadrupled down on his lies.

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has filed for bankruptcy, less than two months after a jury ordered him and his InfoWars parent company to pay nearly $1 billion to the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting.

The jury didn't vote on if he was guilty or not, the judge did.

"Slander is a legal term that refers to a false, oral statement about an individual that harms his reputation or standing within the community. Slander is not a crime..."

We aren't going to agree on this. Alex Jones was giving his analysis on this thing like he always does with everything, and he wasn't trying to harm the families, he was giving his opinion and it was wrong. If Alex Jones can be sued for a billion+ because other people who weren't AJ actually did bad things and feelings were hurt, then that just opens up a door to hell. Even if Jones did deserve it, then there should've been a line of thousands of people before him, lol. It's ridiculous.

We all know why it was so severe, like, don't you pretend that you don't know why Jones was targeted so heavily for this, and don't pretend like you care if it's fair or not, because conspiracy theorists don't deserve a fair trial, and funny how it happened right when he was kicked off all social media for other reasons so he couldn't defend himself to this trial. Ugh, nothing is simple like people try to make it.

The law doesn't care whether you agree with it or not. Facts do not care whether you agree with them or not.

Alex Jones was not giving an "analysis" or an "opinion". He was making statements as if they were fact when he absolutely knew they were a crock of sh**. Further, his insistence on spewing this crap resulted in attacks on the family members of the children killed.
An awful lot like the BS Rudy G. pulled. Didn't work out for him either. And I hope there are a ton more lawsuits for all the other aholes out there who think they are above the law like these two dumbshi**.

Alex Jones is a piece of human garbage who thought his fame and fortune was going to protect him and allowed him to say whatever he wanted to feed his audience of idiots. And he was wrong.

He said flat out that he would not apologize for the BS he spewed. That's fine. He can be a bankrupt tough guy.

My IQ nosedived just reading that 😘
Understandable. People tend to shut down when they are wrong but refuse to believe they are wrong.
And you are very obviously wrong. Two court decisions and tonnes of statute says so.

here is a map of states that currently have criminal laws against defamation.
Call them up and tell them they are mistaken, and there is no criminal law against it:

Yeah, I responded to slander specifically not defamation, it was just something I looked up, it does vary. You don't get a cookie, nobody cares lol 😂😘

We all know AJ is being treated unfairly for being a conspiracy theorist as his personality regardless of what he said about Sandy hook, let's cut the shit. People want to see those who they disagree with fall, whether it's fair or not. He's a huge gov, NGO, and corporate target, so we wind up with unfair trials like this where the obviously politically charged judge gets to decide if he's guilty or not.

Slander falls under the heading of defamation.
"Defamation is a statement that injures a third party's reputation. The tort of defamation includes both libel (written statements) and slander (spoken statements)."

Now, spit out that cookie.

He's being "treated unfairly"? So I guess he was treating the people of Sandy hook "fairly" when he said what he said to his audience of tens of thousands? Some of whom took it upon themselves to take it to the next level?
TBH, he's lucky it's only monetary damages he's being hit with. Had MY kid been one of those killed, I might have taken it upon myself to mete out my own punishment. I'm actually surprised no one has done it.
He deserves it. Lying scumbag POS.

How is it all the news outlets got it wrong about there being a jury?
Headlines all over about how the jurors deliberated:
"Jury begins deliberations in Alex Jones’ Sandy Hook trial"
"Jury decides conspiracy theorist Alex Jones should pay nearly $1 billion in damages to Sandy Hook families for his lies about the school massacre"
"Jury orders Alex Jones to pay nearly $1 billion in Sandy Hook defamation trial"

I'm done, take it easy tough guy 😘

He probably did get hit harder for being a conspiracy theorist, which of course has bearing on a case in which he was peddling a conspiracy theory.

So you think the gov't, corporate America, the judicial system, the jurors, et al, teamed up with the Sandy Hook victims cooked up this case and dropped a bomb on Alex Jones??? Has nothing to do with Alex Jones peddling lies about Sandy Hook non-stop.

So, there was no jury and the judge simply defaulted Jones? Oh, I guess he will be fine then. No problems. No payouts. Carry on with life as before.
Cool.

So weird how everyone has it all wrong, except you.
Maybe you should start a news outlet called "Buck's Correct News".
"A Connecticut jury awarded nearly $1 billion in damages to 15 plaintiffs defamed by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones when the Infowars host called the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting a hoax staged by actors following a script written by the government to build support for gun control."

And, feel free to go read up on what a default judgment is, and why one was imposed on Jones.
Come back and explain to us how "unfair" it was.
