Pretty much every boycott in the past 5 years or so has been essentially about excluding people...conservatives, liberals, *****, Christians, Trump supporters, etc...you can thank identity politics for it...

I agree...but I don't see it happening any time soon...I honestly believe this is the consequence of campaigning on wedge issues or identity politics...when you constantly see people saying this or that group is evil and this or that group needs special privileges from social media to the Whitehouse and everywhere in between...it becomes really difficult for reasonable people to have a conversation let alone do anything beneficial anymore...

I agree...but I don't see it happening any time soon...I honestly believe this is the consequence of campaigning on wedge issues or identity politics...when you constantly see people saying this or that group is evil and this or that group needs special privileges from social media to the Whitehouse and everywhere in between...it becomes really difficult for reasonable people to have a conversation let alone do anything beneficial anymore...

IMHO, the problem is the neither party/side is willing to call out "their own guys." All age burlesque shows with drag queens in public is so wrong in so many ways. Clearly 5 year olds shouldn't be stuffing dollar bills in a man's g-string, but it's only the conservatives saying "this shit has to stop." Kid Rock's shyt fit over Dylan Mulvaney having a Bud Light is an embarrassment, but I can't think of a single conservative who came out and said "We might disagree on where to draw some lines, but we can all agree Bud Light is a good beer." It's gotten to the point where conservatives are hesitant to call out white supremist and anti-Semites and liberals have no problem with men competing in women's sports.
