Before we go further, please demonstrate in some way that you understand how healthcare works under the public assistance (welfare) system. If you know how it works, you can actually explain in less than 5 sentences.
If you can't explain it, then you really should drop any arguments that reference it, because it makes you seem ignorant. I can tell you for a fact that your argument above is TOTALLY off the mark.

ME: I do not care if abortion is legal or illegal. Legal or Not, payment for abortion should be the responsibility of the person getting the elected medical procedure.

The only analogy that may work is the claim someone made to me about the guys sitting on their deck, “waving their welfare check” at people walking by in their way to work, and laughing at them.
The genuinely believed it was happening.
There ARE no welfare checks. There ARE no food stamps.
It made them really dumb to be swearing to witness an event that could not have happened.

How it is paid for has ZERO contradictory conflict in the arguement of legality. Two different topics.
2. You "don't care if it's legal or not", but if it's legal, YOU determine it should not be paid for by private insurance (nice of you to make that decision for a private company). Contradiction.
His OPINION that insurance shouldn't pay for it has nothing to do with legality. Again two different topics.
3. You "don't care if it's legal or not", but if it's legal and she gets an abortion while on welfare (which prevents an increase in welfare that will be paid out), you want her to lose the welfare. Contradiction.
The states can impose requirements to get welfare, having a state guideline for receipt is not contradictory in relation to legality. People get convicted of drug charges, child ****, DUI and it does not stop them from qualifing for welfare but it should.
4. You think people who have a job don't have time to have ***. Plain stupidity.
