None of them should've been there by law (imposed curfew)...but you only dwell on him not being allowed...law is applied equally or its not just...
I thought we were talking about Rittenhouse and the court decision for the Rittenhouse case.
And I never once said that the others should be allowed to break curfew and Kyle should be penalized for it. Maybe we wrap up the Rittenhouse discussion and go tot he court cases for anyone else involved. We'll start with the rioters who killed people, and then work our way to the petty misdemeanors.
Ya' got a list?

Just the Kenosha rioters or any rioters after the death of George Floyd?

You're the one framing Rittenhouse as malicious while everybody else was unarmed at his mercy...

Hey, I never said they defunded the police in Kenosha. I said Democrats defunded the police. As in Democratic cities. That was the whole point. Real Americans know that law enforcement is necessary and the word was out about Kenosha and that is why people went there, to protect that area as it was being targeted and it was known the police would be light.
Even with the weak attempt at a backpedal, you’re still wrong.
City budgets don’t just get changed at will in between budget approvals, and the Kenosha budget wasn’t reduced in July 2020, despite your lie to the contrary. To top it off, they even increased the budget for 2021, just like they had for 2020.

“It was known the police would be light”? Interesting, since they were getting hundreds of extra cops plus hundreds of National Guard there in anticipation of the verdict.

Cool story. Didn't take long for you to use one of your more popular phrases, the backpedal.

It was known the police would be light FOR THE RIOTS THAT KYLE WAS AT WHEN THE SHOOTING HAPPENED. I know, it's hard for you to follow along.

Hey Rob, what is your favorite topic to have a conversation about?

He doesn't have to tell them he shot 3 people. The police should have been able to see that he just shot 2 people and even if they didn't see it, the crowd was telling them "dude just shot somebody."

Here's Rittenhouse getting clocked with the rock you claimed didn't exist. He shoots 2 men in front of the police, the police acknowledge they have injured people straight ahead, yet choose to ignore the shooter. You can clearly hear the crowd yelling at the police that "That dude just shot somebody." You can even hear (presumably) the police respond "Him?" and the man in the crowd confirms it. If those people on the corner could see that Rittenhouse was the shooter, I'm not sure why the police didn't. I don't know why the police chose to assist the shooting victims and ignore the shooter. Why the police didn't arrest the guy trying to turn himself is beyond me, but that is clearly on the police regardless of what Rittenhouse did or didn't say to them. The police were maybe 200 yards from the shooting and had witnesses telling them who the shooter was. Complete failure on the part of the police. TBH, I generally support the police, but those cops should be fired. They literally had a shooting occur ~200yrds away, the shooter approached them to turn himself in. Hell I'm sure at that point Kyle would probably have loved the back of a squad car compared to the streets.

Why you think he should have hung around after what just happened surrounded by a hostile armed crowd with gunfire going off is beyond human comprehension. I could show this video to my 9 year old and he'd conclude "yeah, that dude needs to GTFO." His presence could only result in more death and violence. You want a higher body count?

The police claim to have sprayed Rittenhouse with pepper spray and one copy had his gun drawn. Looks to me like they didn't want to hear whatever it was he had to say.

Where's the rock that you speak of? He tripped. Just like the article you posted says. He could've stayed there. Who was chasing him after the second killing? Why didn't he use his first aid kit on Rosenbaum? I thought he was there to provide medical help? Why did he call his friend and not the police? Why didn't he get on his knees and surrender to the police? How many bad decisions can one kid make in one night?
