Windows 98 full

Would anyone know where i can download a windows 98 full version (not ugrade) disk at? i dont need a cd key. I am installing xp pro upgrade on my new harddrive, and just need a full version disk of any windows operating system. Help please?

Any operating system. When installing an upgrade version on a new harddrive, it asks you for a full version disc of windows so it understands that it is upgrading. Any version of windows will work.
