here is something for everyone about past wars. u probably know this but for those that might not.
we helped china defeat japan. ( now japan is our ally and china is concidered axis)
we helped the taliban defeat the russians, than they attack us ( sept 11)
we help liberate france from the germans, but they still go against us.
we helped alot of the muslim countries in the past war. but they still hate and defy us.
when something happens these countries turn to the u.s. for help, than stab us in the back
and so on etc. etc.
will we live to see ww3? with countries like these? hell yeah
its not as black and white when it comes to these examples. Nothing is, thats why you cant say israelies or palestinians arent both in the wrong.
Just watched a documentary, made by israelites, about palestine. Do you know that just across the street from many of these jewish settlements that have lawns of grass, the palestinian neighborhood will have running water for about 4 hours in a week? I mean this is one example out of many other things, and its not neccessarily true for everywhere but you have to dig a little bit deeper.
If we demanded any kind of tribute from those countries or organizations, then you would have to label America as an Empire. We help people who only benefit us. Yes, Germany and Japan were our enemies because they actually directly attacked us (if not then we wouldnt of been in WWII, who knows mabye till later... no one will know) . German U boats sinking american ships on the east coast and pearl harbor on the west coast. It was our best interest to help china, france and britain.
According to our government it was also our best interest to help the taliban, because of competition with the former Soviet Union.
WE help muslims in "other wars" to either save oil reserves or the overthrow a government. just like how we have messed up South America with overthrowing non friendly american governments to replace with men who love america but still kill their own people.
Now usually these people would still be very grateful to America for what we did (it was one helluva a favor.) But if that was so they would be compromising their own security.
Its kinda like if a teacher helped you get rid of a bully at school and then asked if you could be the snitch for now on. He wouldnt guarantee you any security forbeing beat up in the future from bullies in the future which you knew would happen. would you do it?
