Will two 12AWG wires fit in the hole pictured?

Additionally, the specs for this sub on the manufacturers website says as follows "Speaker Connector: Dual 10 AWG Compression"

I ask because I will be wiring to a mono amp so I will need to attach two speaker wires to on of these points

Last of all, will a Rockford Fosgate P1000-1bd 1000 Watt Class-bd Mono Amplifier be the best amp to power 2 P3SD2-10 10" Punch P3S Shallow 2-Ohm DVC Subwoofers

yes we used 8ga in my buddies. 12ga should be easy fit just twist the wires tight.
