So I've got a 2004 nissan xterra, and am in a predicament. I have an idea, but would like someone's opinion. I have some 5.25" hat unity midranges, and tweeters for my front stage. I would like to add some midbass to that as well, however, there is little room to add up front in this truck. I was thinking I could probably seal off the little storage pouch in the door, treat it, and put the midbass there, to the left of the stock speaker location where the midranges would be. But I think if possible, I would rather put the midbass in the stock door location, and move the midrange up to the A pillar with the tweeters above them. My question is to those who have experience with glass. I've never glassed before, but will be doing it to move the tweeters on axis anyways, and would like to know if you think there is enough room there to add the midranges without looking ugly. As you can tell from the pictures, I can't really fit anything in the kicks. I think these are my only two options, atleast as far as i can see. Or just go without midbass..
Can't figure out the pictures from my phone, so here is the link to my photobucket with the pictures.
