will a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD fit in my 2000 ford explorer xlt without mach system?

i know there both double din but crutchfield says modified fit.. and ford has that weird 4 spring thing to take out factory head unit. and my car has a factory amp hidden behind the head unit.... any one have any input?

you'll have to modify inside the dash ,maybe cut some of it out
