I just got of the phone withe kicker and the box they sed is best for my space is 36-12-21.5 the port is 10.5 high 2.75 wide and 17.75 long they seed it was tuned to 42hz and that is the only thing they wood go with because they sed you tune lower for spl purposes only is this is coming from kicker shod i bild the box with the plans they gave me or is 42hz not good for rap and rock i wonted to go with 35hz and they sed the box wode not fit and will damage the subs if i tun that low

LOLers. Whoever you talked to had to have been on medication. Higher tunning is for SPL. Tunning low will not damage your subs. It actually would save them from more harm if you don't have a subsonic filter. And 90% of amps out there do have one.

What sub are you running. Oh and good job double checking that here first.

this is going in a 2000 mustang it cant be over 13" high 36" wide and 22" deep can this box be modified to fit

Hit up a box designer on this forum. Just make sure you double check teh plans.
